Major re-design and dreamwidth

This blog is in need of a major re-design. 

Dreamwidth Studios actually looks like something that could turn out massively well, but I won't be getting an account there just yet. In any case, the goal is to create my own web hub, not to scatter myself all over the place.

On the beauty of being busy.

The interesting thing about busy is that your personal productivity doesn't seem to devolve with the more time you consume with being busy. In fact it's kind of an anti-parallel relationship. The less busy you are, the more time you spend doing shit like blogging inane stuff (which in itself doesn't consume too much time) and then spending the next two hours checking out random links to stupid things online just so you can catch that one single comment from a passerby.

On the other hand, when you're busy, as I am, time becomes precious. You work more. 

Fried macaroni.

People of Indonesia have snacks called fried macaroni. Not fried, as in, cooked macaroni. I mean fried macaroni, like potato chips kind of fried macaroni.

It's spicy!

For someone who isn't technically doing any work, I am extremely busy.

I have just assisted my sister with registration at a private college in Cyberjaya. Today I drove my father to the airport and then brought a guy from Singapore around KL town. In exchange, I receive information.

I spent nearly half of my Touch n Go credit. I topped it up only a few days ago to RM 100. Now it is edging a little bit towards RM 50.

Oh, money world!

The week is filled with whole-day activities.

Amazing revelation.

I ate curry fish head for the very first time today, and encountered an amazing revelation!

In the bowl of curry, they do not serve only the fish head!

I also downed my meal in Iced Milo, and suffered for it.

Yay! My blog layout is completed, purely by trial-and-error with Blogger settings! This colour scheme looks just light and breezy enough for what I intend to use this blog for.

It looks like peanut butter-and-jelly mix! You know, the one produced by Lady's Choice! Or Goober.


And yes: I succumbed! I put Advertlets up again. I never had any problems with Advertlets, but I hated the way people abused the opportunity to put ads on their blogs to milk as much money as possible as fast as they can, without even caring for how it looks like to their readers. I also put up Adsense: I have succumbed worse!

Quick poll to no one in particular: do you think that I am a moral hypocrite for advocating Adblocks and then using ads? I am entirely against intrusiveness, and all for win-win situations!

Deepest Sender Failure.

I started to activate this account because I wanted to make full use of Deepest Sender. Unfortunately, Deepest Sender does not work very well with Blogspot. I don't feel satisfied unless I've gotten this little task off the ground completely, so this blog will remain active for a while. Knowing me, I might lose steam in a few weeks.
